Is Elektra Good Or Bad In Daredevil

Weekend in the US which is historically known as a bad weekend for movie premieres but still. Elektra has quickly become essential to the story of Daredevil and even if she had remained in her grave the effect of her death wouldve been felt as the series went on.

I thought it was bad when I saw it in theatres but I bought it and Elektra for 10 bucks the other day.

Is elektra good or bad in daredevil. I dont really think Elektra is a good movie per se. I love the directors cut of Daredevil. Its what got me to start reading the comics.

It has a lot of problems and one might even argue that its Marvels version of Catwoman meaning that its really campy and bad. In the 1982 classic Daredevil 181 -- by Frank Miller Klaus Janson and Joe Rosen -- Elektra and Bullseye dueled to the death over the privilege in who would be able to become the Kingpins personal assassin with Bullseye emerging triumphant. The only light inside her is brought out by Matt but even though she knows who he is now she doesnt c are about good or bad because she has the key to immortality and she wants to share that with him. I also really wish they had kept the scene with Ben Affleck in the theatrical version of Elektra.

Shes not bad but shes not goodNeutral. Evil Elektra reconnects with the person she was once before but gives herself over to the dark side of her personality. Daredevil and Elektras interactions in DAREDEVIL are centered around this wherein she is trying to get the darkness out of him to recruit him to The Chaste to fight the Hand.

Elektra is a cool complex character in her own right and trying to tell her story as a subplot to Daredevils little gang wars wont just serve her badlyit will serve the show badly too. The organization which was able to deploy a ton of ninjas and other bad guys to try to stop Daredevil was working on creating the Black Sky a person turned into a living weapon. Maybe my expectations then were to high set by X2 and the Spiderman movies.

She fell in love with Matt Murdock during a mission for Stick to bring Murdock into the organization. Shes coming back to life though so no worries. Shes being placed into the resurrection chamber by the Hand who want her to rise again as their Black Sky.

Elektra Natchios is an assassin who was trained under Stick to join the Chaste. Its hard to reconcile Elektras faux spoiled rich girl act with the fact that shes a deadly ninja warrior because neither act was that convincing. I think Elektra isnt a bad person but shes not a good person.

He never killed anybody. But if youre seeking a martial arts film with high-budget special effects better than those in Daredevil by the way which was rushed to meet a marketing deadline Elektra. Like any proper Jezebel figure Elektras role in the Daredevil character-narrative is as a symbol of temptation - which to be fair is what the show tries to go for at its midpoint.

Shes a person with different traits with layers and shes seeking who she is The new trailer may be subtly implying. It is unexplicable that Elektra lost to films like Meet The Fockers which had been out for four weeks and In Good Company which had premiered three weeks.
